Nursing council frontline staff

I went to SANC x 2 to apply for 2 certificates lost and transcripts ..together this excersise cost me nearly R3000 I paid that with no problem My issue is that it feels that you are a burden to the staff who needs to assist you They are more worried that somebody is going to eat their Simba chips so they need to eat it quickly I am nursing from 1986 when i were 17 years old ...we learn to respect others and to care I were told that this will take 60 days it will be posted and i cant fetch it . Why so long and what is so difficult to print the documents We all are busy but we do our duties with care and compassion I felt in both days that i were treated with disrespect . Please can i get my documents that i paid for so i can just go ... I dont dare to go back and ask anything and not even phoning
