Non Issuing of SANC Receipts

From 2011 I don't receive my SANC receipts no matter how early I pay. The 2013 one was issued after I threatened them with legal action.<br> When I called last year I was told the address was wrong which was a lie because it's the same address I have used for the past 4-5 years and I am still receiving my other posts from the same postal address.<br> I had even written to the SANC registrar but no response. <br> I don't understand why they are doing this because they know very well the professional impact of not having your receipt and also what their are doing is *******.
