No care from nurse

Well this refers to the staff that make an oath to treat patients with dignity and respect well today I attended the clinic at the Mandalay hall in cape Town as I would always take my kids there I lost clinic cards and I was advised to bring an affidavit that states that I lost the clinic cards.. I got the affidavit but was not assisted sister mehlali ignored me as I stood before then referred me to a nurse assistant who refused to help me can u please help me I am upset my daughter next immunizations is in a month
