How much longer

<p>I really do not know how to even start this , as in my mind this is absolutly ridiculous. My father in law paid SANC his fees twice, but up till date he has not recieved a receipt. He has been calling there offices in Pretoria and hung up after 15 minutes as he was not being attended to. E-mails were sent to them (e-mail addy from their webpage) comes back as undeliverable. So no you tell me how do these people operate... like you cant communicate. He has app**** for various positions but cant be employed as he has no proof of payment. Finally he gets hold of them and was informed that according to their records he is still busy with is community year... which is untrue...he completed it last year. ... therefore the receipt cannot be given.</p> <p>He was informed that the community service dept can be contacted which he did , surprise ,,,NO ANSWER !!!!!!! When they received his money they took it although they knew they wont issuse a receipt this happens twice. No one contacts him and they appear to be uncontable. Also he cant find employment due to this matter. PLEASE RESOLVE</p>
