Failure to register additional qualifications

I have been in touch over email with Mrs More at SANC to register my additional qualifications which were submitted (all documents)by my university over a year ago. My fees were paid and proof sent to them. To date, I have not heard from them and my qualification isn't registered. Tried calling SANC way too many times and nobody answers. This is meant to be a professional body for nurse's. The service is appalling. I am at my wits end and helpless, as I cannot move forward in my career due to the lack of service.
