Discriminatory poor attitudes

I supp**** all relevant documents to register my English nursing registration a year ago. They returned them to me 5 months later requesting more documents. These were resubmitted at the beginning of August 2017 for evaluation, I paid my R1070 fee for this service. I have been offered nursing positions but cannot take a position as I am still waiting for my registration. We have visited the office and told I will receive a result soon, that was the beginning of November. An email has been sent over the past 3 weeks in November and no response. I cannot earn a salary until my registration is released. What takes 4 months to evaluate... I submitted the required SAQA certificate to verify my degrees, the UK NMC have verified my registration, so what is the hold up.....oh yes I am white...not a good colour in the terms of race relations. Hugely dissappointed by this supposedly professional council who prevents people from working.
