Cant work

Good day, <br> So we have a problem getting registration papers out of SANC(south African nursing council) which we have been waiting for since 23rd of march 2015 (payment date). We were informed that the processing date starts from the date of receiving the documents from the university,19th of march 2015, and that the process shouldn't take longer than 8 Weeks.<br> <br> We phoned on the 23rd of June 2015 to find out where the documents are and was then told that SANC did not receive anything from the university and that we should get it from them and fax it to Isaac Burds at SANC. we spoke to him on the 25th again, and he confirmed receiving the documents. I then asked how long this will take, and was informed a week. Called him again on the 2nd of July 2015 and he said its not finished. I emailed his boss/manager, Mr S Mkhize, and no reply from him either.<br> <br> Its been 15weeks waiting for the documents, of which 10 - 13 weeks, nothing was done about the documents not being \received"by SANC.
