Attack of customers

It is such a shame to be writing this review but I think it’s time to make noise about high institutions that serve the country and do not represent themselves well. Upon my going to pay fees for my wife, I witnessed a terrible incident where another customer was ill-treated by one of the cashiers by the tills. This lady was brought by security to help her in paying because of she had a baby. I was the one who was asked to let the lady come in front of me to pay and I said yes. After this, the lady at the till yelled at the lady asking her why she came with a baby and why she **** a baby in the first place. This was really bad. This lady was embarrassed and shamed in front of the whole hall at nursing council and I can’t imagine what she felt after being treated like that. As a customer service industry you are forced to learn how to control your emotions and talk to people nicely. The people at the tills are rude. They don’t know how to talk to them. It’s not the first time I have seen something like this. But today I just decided it’s time to talk about this manner of service. It’s disgusting really And these cashiers were women attacking another woman! No maan fix this
