Additional Qualification Registration

<p>I registered my other extra qualification with this horrible council in January this year.</p> <p>Todate the qualification has not been registered</p> <p>I went there personally and this guy Vincent told me to contact him in a weeks time.</p> <p>When i phone he is not answering the phone</p>
