Absolutely Useless

Phoning: The phone is almost never answered, and if by some miracle the phone is answered, then the individual cannot assist in any way or even refer you to someone who can.

Email: Emails are at least sometimes answered, but never actually answer the question sent in the first place. The classic response is "please note your email has been forwarded to...." And then when you receive replies from everyone it was forwarded to, the answers regarding the same questions differ. And then when you reply asking for clarity, your email is never answered..... Because it seemsnthat nonone a SANC has a clue what is going on.

See them in person, then they are rude and very unhelpful.

So in summary: SANC *****s our money every year but does nothing, and cannot assist when one has simple questions- But we can not refuse to pay because then we may not practice professionally and are therefore unemployed.....
