I phoned SANC this morning to register an additional qualification to my name. I talked to Mrs. Beatrice Morokane. What a pleasure it was. She was friendly, very competent and before we finished talking she e-mailed me the correct forms to fill in and told me what the correct procedure was. You are definitely a jewel to have at SANC. Wish i could give you a reward.
