3 months late

I received a letter today, 7 April 2015, that I did not pay the full amount regarding my SANC fees. The letter was dated 24 March, as well as the postage stamp. I was informed to pay R30.00 before 28 March 2015, else I will be removed from the registrar. <br> <br> Please help me regarding this matter:<br> o I phoned in November 2014 the SANC at number: ***. <br> o I was transferred several times to several different people to ask how much I must pay.<br> o I did not received any post regarding this matter because of the well known, nationwide postal strike.<br> o After being transferred several times and being very patient, I was informed the fees are R515.<br> o I made a payment on 19/12/2014 of R520.<br> o I was informed 3 months later that this is not the correct amount. How is this possible? <br> o I have to deposit R30.00 more, before the 28th of March, but received the notice on 7 April 2015.<br> o As mentioned before, I did phone the Council regarding this matter, only to find out now, that I am removed from the registrar?<br> Surely I will receive some leniency regarding this matter, as this is no fault of mine, and may I add, the same thing happened in 2011.
