Very poor property management

The tenant placed by SANRG PE in my property has been a problem since last year February, the three rental agents working at SANRG PE in the last year have all assured me that the tenant will be evicted and the matter has been handed over to the attorneys, this was never done until a week ago, by a new office manager I might add. The last rental agent informed me that the tenant was allowed to take occupancy of my property without the proper checks being done and now it seems as if I am not the only landlord with problems at SANRG PE. I have tried contacting the principal James Conyers on many occasions without any luck, although he did send me an sms on Friday to say that he will contacting me on the weekend, its three days into the new week and no phone call yet. Next step will be taking it up with SANRG CEO Fred Iworth and the Estate Agency Affairs Board. I am curious to see if in fact there are other property owners having or have had a bad level of service or mismanagement of their property by SANRG PE.
