If you are looking for a house and it is sold by NRG estate agency, proceed with caution. We recently bought a house through them and the level of incompetence and lack of support has been unbelievable. Firstly, they either didn't do a deed search on the property, or if they did, failed to notify us of the *multiple* indictments that were not stated on the seller's disclosure, among other misrepresentations. They also did absolutely nothing to support the resolution of this. In fact the estate agent went on holiday for almost a month but we received no communication from her or the principal who we were also in contact with.

When we finally managed to get it resolved and transfer went through, there was no proper handover of keys or inspection of the property - keys were just left at the gate. Worse than that though is that despite knowing for weeks (and us constantly reminding the agent) that transfer was going through, they failed to get all the necessary remotes and keys for the property and again, have been unresponsive in addressing the issue. Now, a month later, we still don't have all the remotes and keys for our house and unsurprisingly receive absolutely no response from the agency in this regard.

The level of frustration, desperation and disappointment in this entire process have been huge.
