SANRG Withholding My Deposit

I rented a property managed by SANRG South Africa National Realtors Group. My deposit was supposed to be refunded within 7 to 14 days after the lease ended. It has now been 47 days, and despite multiple emails and even a formal demand, SANRG has still not returned my money.

This is unprofessional and unfair, causing unnecessary financial stress.
