Disrespectful, insensitive and ****** rude agents !

My family and I are looking for bigger space. Contacted agent by the name of Nick Van Rensburg for viewing . Unfortunately due to work commitments I was unable to honor it. We reschedule and unfortunately for the second viewing we had just heard terrible news about my husband’s brother passing away. It was a very emotional day to the extent that I was unable to attend or respond to texts. This ****** agent calls 30 mins before and literally the first thing I said was I am sorry . He didn’t even care to listen to me but instead told me how the property is not for me and he is practically done with us. What happened to ubuntu and sensitivity? He was not bothered about our loss and very much rude. If this is how black potential clients are treated then this real estate company should not bother with us and expect business from their own target market. I have never in my life experienced such insensitivity!
