Bad service

My grandson came home from pre-school on two separate occasions with bite marks on his body.1st was in the heart of winter where he was bitten through his winter apparel on his chest by another learner.When his mom called and questioned the school the evening,the principal was unaware of the incident and said she would look into the matter.My daughter had to do follow up calls to get answers.Not satisfied by the answers she did however at that time not persue the matter further.In September of last year he comes with a bite again on his arm.Questioned again,the principal had no explanation,after promising after the first incident she would ensure and put measures in place for it not to happen again.After this incident again,the relationship between parent,teacher and principal deteriorated to such an extent that I had to step in to try and resolve these issues.My grandson who was 3 and half at that point in time was completely traumatised by this,and refused to go to school.We did however give the 3 month notice to have him withdrawn from the school,which has subsequently happened by Decemcer of 2017.I then started by requesting Video surveillance as they are "supposed"to have 24hr video surveillance at school.Never ever got it.I requested the necessary info as to the qualifications of all teaching staff at school,as one needs to be a registered educator to teacher Foundation Phase.Never got that either.I set up a meeting to peruse all of these.Never took place. I then instructed SAMA South African Montessori Ass to investigate the matter.I logged a formal complaint on 23 November 2017 with them.In January I had to do follow up calls and was told by them that the investigation was completed,concluded and no further comment,no wrongdoing was found either at school or to the qualifications of educators.Now remember....This is after I informed them that I have in my possession Whatsapps,voicenotes,emails and postings on social media regarding discussions between my daughter and the principal to support my allegations.No supporting docs was ever requested from me to corroborate our story.This to me is bias and I wont accept this.My daughter and her fiancé were both studying last year,and they sacrificed a lot to try and give their son the best education that was available in our community,and this is the treatment one gets.I always maintain......Take responsibility for ones actions,and just accept ones mistakes.
