What does SAMA actually do?

Debits the premium religiously (so I pay them to):

- Always difficult to actually log into their portal. - Couldn't help place me for comm. service (had 6 moths to try) - Couldn't, a an organization, help streamline the ICSP even - Couldn't even oppose the NHI bill with actual results

SAMA make lots of noise... but that's all it is, noise.
