No assistance or progress in Tax Practitioner registration

I am very frustrated. I have been waiting for 3weeks just for SAICA to register me as a Tax Practitioner. When I phoned in the call centre agent noted that it will take up to 5days but when I email her she just responds that the TP division will get back to me with no further assistance. I have emailed the TP department but have received no feedback. For a company who should set an example in the market this is really unacceptable
