Poor response to complaints

During September 2015 this company installed seamless gutters on our property in Alberton. Prior to and directly after installation both Coenraad and Dawid invited us to contact them at any time with compaints. Directly after installation, virtually all corners leaked and were promptly attended to by the installation team, after we complained.<br> <br> A further leak was reported, after the next rainstorm. Coenraad promised that he would send out someone to attend to this. Nothing happened. Upon phoning him again a few days later, he promised the same and nothing happened again. The same occurred again after a few days. Dawid was contacted a few days later and he promised that he would attend to this matter as soon as he had resolved a personal problem. Nothing happened again. <br> <br> To date, no-one has contacted us about fixing the problem and despite many requests and promises, a written guarantee is not forthcoming from the company.
