Customers beware!

Please be advised that this company in Cape Town takes about R400 commission for making a booking at the Swartberg Hotel in Prince Albert,. It is outrageous for taking a call and presumably sending an e-mail to the hotel in Prince Albert and for copying you as the customer. Rather make sure that you deal with the hotel directly. I do not know which other hotels they take bookings for, so if you get an e-mail from them saying you must pay a certain amount to secure a booking, do yourself a favour and contact the particular hotel to make the booking directly, You can have a nice dinner for two with wine for the money you will save.
