Shocking customer service from Sa Express

<p>My flight from Bloemfontein to Jhb has just been cancelled - again! The second time in 2 months. The issue is that there is no notification from the airline, just a note when you get to the airport that they will place you in a flight 2 hours later!! I understand that things happen, but consideration to the passengers would be good!! I could've stayed at my client for another 2 hours .. </p> <p>My experience is also that flights later in the day from Bloemfontein, often are delayed .. </p>
