Please help on where i can log the complaint

i had an accident last week Friday - a military car crossed a red robot and ours was open so we hit them on the side. The people were overload and there were also bottles of wine in the car and the driver ran away but a lady by the name of Lerato Mokgatle stepped in and said she was the one driving. The police took the statements and she admitted that she was at fault and said she will take full responsibility. I have been trying to get hold of her but there is no luck - looks like she is ignoring my calls. I would like to log a complaint with her employees, I have the car registration number and ID maybe i can be assisted. I will explain the rest of the story once i have the correct contacts. i am willing to go get the police report to support my story.
