Debt review

during 23 January 2018 the consultant of South African debt review they contacted me requesting me to join debt review then unaware i gave them my Id number then they processed the application without my concern and approval i have tried to contact this company they have ignored my calls so many times i even try to call NCR for help i could not get help even today and i am able myself affording to pay my debts on time and now are up to date but the company still today refuse to remove my name under debt review now i am no longer enjoying my financial freedom because of the situation i have my name is Mnguni Themba Seun id no *** and the company details are as follows African debt review contacts are ***
