Useless Company i cannot get hold of them

Im app**** for debt councelling last year, in the begining every thing went well, saying they are paying to my creditors. When i want to get hold of them cannot get hold of them, send them e-mails and no answer, i have paid them so far 8200.00 and i do not get any feedback.. Its seems they took a person for a ride, they are useless people.
