Unhappy Client- Credit Score ruined as a result of entrusting SADMG with payments to my creditors

In 2018 I app**** to SADMG and every month they were deducting R 7000 via a stop order from my account but never paid any of my creditors. I had hope that they were going to help me pay all my creditors but unfortunately that did not happen. I paid that amount for three months. At this stage I am paying my creditors personally and must say that SADMG ruined my life and my credit score, because I entrusted them regarding payment of my creditors. I need help with the refund of R21 000 in total that they deducted from my account and did absolutely nothing regarding payment of my creditors. I tried getting hold of them until now but they are unreachable. I need help with getting my money back please.
