South African debt management group

I am so very unhappy can someone please tell me how to get hold of this company .They debit my account every month but all my creditors are calling me I had to still pay my creditors my self while they take my money every month. Their telephone lines are not working forever .I sent emails but no one get back to me .Bad very Bad service
