SADMG took my money and wont refund me back

Joined the SADMG on January 2018 everything was fine until MFC called me around July telling me I missed 3 months worth of pay , My first question was "how?" Because I give the debt counselors the full amount they negotiated for me to pay. Called and emailed them with the relevant documents from MFC cause I was scared MFC threaten me with Repo of the car. at that time SADMG is not doing anything no emails or communication to solve my problem. asked them what did they do with my 3 months worth of debit order no reply on emails, the day arrived when my car got repossessed, even worse RCS called also telling me I have missed 3 Months worth of payment. I asked the SADMG top send me proof of payments or statements since they say they pay, the SADMG ignored all my requests, they only responded when I told them I want to cancel my services with them just imagine getting a respond when I say i quit but not when I asked for help. I canceled the SADMG on August 2018. 6 months later after I canceled and was also doing fine with paying for my Car and loans, they access my account and took my money from my account knowing damn well I no longer use they're services so why would you take my money and when I ask for my money back I was told my money was used to pay for my Debts, I asked them with whose permission because I already canceled and negotiated with my creditors for my monthly payments. I ended up calling RCS , MFC and my Standard bank to ask for proof of the company SADMG making payments guess what I found ZERO proof that my money was taken to my creditors been asking for my money back even sent them my latest statements of the payments made, none of my statements are indicating any trace of SADMG paying anything, I'm young and would like some help on knowing my rights as a consumer because im being taken for a wild ride. couldn't make my full payments or even buy petrol because the company took close to 6K off my salary knowing damn well I have not used they're services for the past 6 Months . Please help me out
