Fail to deliver

When i signed with them i was told that i will be updated with everything, that i will get statements every month to show what i am paying for and for how long i will be paying. I have been requesting statements and my creditors still call me. Now the emails are bouncing back, phone not going through and the whatsapp text not attended. I am very upset that money is taken out of my account but i really don't know what i am paying for.
