Dissapointments

I've been with sadmg since last year October. I have been paying them every month since. 2 months ago I received emails from lawyers creditors about no payment that has been received since last year October. Every single Time I call them I speak to a guy Sandesh and every time he sais he is on it he will sort it out. 3 months now this has been going on nothing gets sorted out still I receive calls from lawyers stating I will have to appear in court for no payment. They are not responding to my emails or calls and nothings gets done. So please advice on what to do
