Disappointed

I've been under debt Review with them and I got suspicious when one of my creditors advised me that they haven't received any payment. So I called all my creditors to sadly find out that none of my creditors have been paid. When I emailed South African Debt Management Group all there emails started bouncing back and the landline number has been disconnected and the cell phone number is always off. How can I fight this to get my money back from them so I can pay my creditors? Any advise of what I must do and who to report them too. Thanks in advance.
