Disgusting service Sars / Customs

Nothing Seems to work in this country andi feel like customs SA is taking advantage of a situation and trying to make money in all the wrong ways which seems to be the norm in SA. Please can someone contact me urgently. preferably someone that can understand what has been sent from Taiwan as a no charge item that customs is now wanting us to pay nearly the full retail price for in South Africa.

To me this is day light ******* by customs. A free unit sent into the country and no one to speak to. They say the unit will be destroyed if the shipper or receiver does not pay the amount Customs is asking for but i guarantee that it will land up in the back of a backie
