Status certificate not received since September 20

I am a member of the south African council for social services and Professions reg no. *** .i requested for a status certificate in September 2015 and it is disappointing that it is written 1 month waiting in the form but to my shock i have not received it to this date. I paid for it and my employer needs it.i am about to lose my job now because of lack of descent service from my trusted council of this country. I need my status certificate as a matter of agency please.
