Shocking Service

<p>I am trying to register as a Private Practitioner. I filled out the forms, paid the money.......I've phoned at least 20 times....no answer......I've mailed at least 50 mails ( I mail and phone once or twice a day for more than a month now) no reply.....Sincerely why bother paying them if they can't use a phone or a computer.....</p>
