Frustrated with the SACSSP!

Absolutely terrible service from the SACSSP. No one answers the phones or replies to emails. I haven't received my certificate of registration after 4 years despite numerous phonecalls and emails. Now I am trying to apply for my private practice number and No communication or help from their side. Their Facebook page is full of negative reviews regarding communication. This is no acceptable!!
