Not supplying service nor refund payment

Wilna sells advertising space (cover image of FB group) on a month to month basis. I paid the fee into the account specified of the South African Council of Business Woman to use the cover for the month of March. <br> <br> * I emailed my adverti*****t to her a couple of days before the end of February.<br> * Advert not loaded on the 1st of March.<br> * On 2nd still not loaded, contacted her. First she said there was complains about the ****ographic nature of the images. The advert markets photographic services. Images showed an engage couple holding each other. The lady was clothed and even had denim pants on, as in the case of the man. This images was never reported to FB by anybody before and covered up everything according to FB community standards. There are many adverts in the group where the ladies dressed in a panty and a bra only, selling slimming products and personal training.<br> * Queried the complains (not sure how since it was never loaded), she turned and said it was her group, her rules.<br> * Supp**** bank details for refund.<br> * 6 March - No refund yet, send message to ask that she must ensure the refund is done. Read receipt, but not a single word response<br> * 2 April - Still no refund
