Worse service

I've never experienced such bad service ever, after sitting there for more than 4hours being assisted by one person meanwhile there's 3empty cubicles, I get told that I don't have all the necessary documents, couldn't they check my documents before they gave me a ticket to queue for such a long time,when I complained about their bad service I was told that I was supposed to check what's needed via their website for crying out loud Sace department is dealing with people from all over the country,they should understand the importance of time,tomorrow I'm expected to go through the very same process again.
