USELESS SACE

This is the most useless Department run by the Government in the world. I have paid my SACE registration money 2x, I have uploaded my documents over 10x already. I have phone numerous times, no answer. I have replaced my documentation numerous times. I have physical stamp documentation from the Stadio Higher Education that I complete my degree. AND STILL SACE sent me the same stupid letter that states, ID wronged certified, Degree documents, not stamped, clearance older than six months. I just got a new clearance certificate a month ago from POSTNET. I am sick and tired of this useless Government departments that does not function properly. They want to tell us how to teach but they cannot even answer a phone call or check uploaded documents properly and answer the applicant with a proper email so that we have a person to contact. No, it is a no reply email system because humans did not show up for work. They are USELESS.
