Un-contactable and Poor information on website

It is impossible to speak to anyone at these offices. I have been calling for days at different times in the day. The office number voice mail says continuously \the number you have called is currently busy"When I call the call centre number it says \""the dialled number is unobtainable\"" what does that mean?? How do you have a call centre but no one ever answers. It is a joke! Then I attempt to send an email"
