SOUTH AFRICAN COUNCIL OF EMBARRASSMENT

How is it that in a country like SA where we are in desperate need for dedicated and qualified teachers we have a council that does nothing but rip up us off, charge us an annual fee (which doesn't give us anything other than a number). SACE is such an embrassemwnt to the teaching profession. In today's day and age we still have people sitting at counters doing nothing- even when it's busy, they don't use innititative to try help or alleviate backlog. You arrive at 8am just to jump from counter to counter to counter. One queue to the next when clearly 3 of the procedures from those could have been done at one counter for speed. Shame on you SACE you are as bad as home affairs
