SERVICE PROVIDER

For the past 2 years I have been trying to register as a teracher with SACE. This organisation should either not exists or its management needs a major change. How does an organisation associated with education be so ***********. I was put on hold for over 30 minutes then the phone cut. since then i have been trying to call SACE. How does the education department expect teacher to be registered when the organisation tasked to do the job cannot even bother to answer phones.
