SACE WORKERS ARE ***********

I app**** to update my SACE Certificate on the 30th of June, until today I have not recieved it. They declined twice, and on both occasions I had submitted the documents and paid the money on the 30th of June, they just don't bother to check. I am very frustrated because they do not answer calls, EVER. I have called over 12 times. How am I supposed to do my job if they don't do theirs. I paid the full money, their portal says outstanding, but they just decline without checking that I submitted the proof of payment. May someone please help me, they don't want to answer their phones and centurion will cost me an additional R200 to get there which I can't afford. I can't apply for any job without that certificate and they keep delaying it over things I've already given them.
