SACE POLOKWANE OFFICE ********* Security officer. A disgrace.

I WENT TO SACE office in Polokwane yesterday the 29th July 2022. I arrived there at 13pm and the security lady said that there was not network and that all new applicants must not enter, we should seat outside. Only those who are there to upgrade should remain inside. She said the network will be back at 15pm, however the network was not yet back, we entered to seat , however the security lady came and asked new applicants to GET OUT, there was an elderly man who was there with his daughter he was also told to GET OUT, the man said to the security lady that she is rude to people, she heard how she spoke to the other new applicants , whom she chased out. I then told her that her attitude towards customers who are there to be assisted is uncalled for, we have people coming as far as Musina , which is 230KM away from Polokwane to get assistance, and this is the type of attitude and shame they are subjected to. Instead the security lady shouted and insulted me, she wanted to fight with me and she further threatened me, after we exchanged words , she told me not tp come back to the SACE office and that she will get me. We cannot continue by such a rude, ********* and disrespectful staff member. SACE office is supposed to service educated and professional people , however they are disdained and ridiculed by a security lady who thinks that office is her house and she will speak however with people. She even forces people to wear a mask even when the regulations are s****ped, she believes she is above everyone who visits that office. we pay to receive services, the Polokwane office is the only office that provides all the educators in around the province and this is the person they are welcomed by. As a result I travelled 230km and spent R385 for transport , just be threated like trash and without what I travelled for.
