SACE Payments and Services

I have paid my outstanding amount that was showing on the SACE site, it did not want to proceed online and I needed to do an EFT, I then sent my POP to the email accounts that it showed on the website, it has been almost more than a week, I have received no feedback and it doesn't show on the system that I have made payment and it shows on my account now that I owe them more money.

I don't understand how SACE is being run, because they can't even respond or assist with the basic things.
