SACE NEEDS TO **** OUT BISAED RUDE & TOXIC EMPOLYEES

If there is anything less than 1 star to give SACE, I would. It is quite frustrating, upsetting and annoying that they say " There are no Black Female in STEM" but Companies like SACE who employ toxic, disrespectful and biased individual with tendency to discriminate people due to their nationality is the problem why STEM like myself are turned away. Went there around was told to come back in January, went there today only to be told I won't be registered. This is the problem when qualified matured managers are no longer employed into governement offices anymore, only toxic myopic, biased, envious, jealous and rude managers with myopic views are employed there. For a office like SACE, I expect proffessionals and educators to be treated with respect and courtesy, to be attended to by proffessionals not some biased rude disrespectful person like that lady I met at counter 8. I am never the type that get upset easily but all my effort to speak and explain to this woman was just condescendingly responded to by this woman, such people have no busines in public office. imagine taking transport to and from SACE office R400, print my documents, certify and even ill but wanted to the right thing to register with SACE and to be rudely accosted, and condescendingly treated. I expect SACE to redress, and pull out all these bad rude biased employees out. Why stipulate month for new people who want to register ?, Why not let be if your document is valid and verifiable and with all these frustration, insults and stress, one get to pay R400 again to register !! One get insulted for wanting to help teach and mentor young people in STEM and still pay for it. The most annoying part is this SACE is the only teaching liscense or education proffessional body in Africa accepted in Europe, America and the rest of the world even in some cases if you want to study any education course and yet they are still in their myopic dream of providing service to South Africans only !!. By now proffessional in STEM and educators from Africa should be able to comfortable apply and register with SACE with their valid passport, or their verificable Identity documents and valid visa without any minimum stipulated time. Their managers and all those biased unfriendly employees needs to be removed !. Public office like SACE sholud not be a palce for personal biased sentiments employees. There are young people who need qualified proffesional STEM educators but can not get because SACE is so toxic that they turn proffesionals in STEM and STEM educators like myself away. And they say there are shortage in Maths, Technology, Engineering and Science teachers . I wish there is another education body out there in Africa equivalent to SACE to register with instead of one enduring insults with this SACE people.
