Sace is ***********, unreliable and unreachable

I am currently pursuing my teaching degree and as a 4th year student we are required to have our temporary SACE certificate.

I went to the Sace office in Petoria on the 2nd of May 2024. Which I then had to wait for 3 weeks to get it and when I received it there was a spelling error on my sace certificate. I have sent out Multiple emails, which I've received no response to and phoned them at least over 15-20 times, with most of them not being answered. I even revisited their office's in Petoria and it was a waste of time as they maybe we sit there waiting for over 4 hours and nothing was done about it. Till today I am still waiting.
