SACE is not living up to the simple job it should have..

What horrible experience.... each and every month I get a deduction for fees on my salary.... R15 x 6 years working = over a thousand rand in membership fees/ late penalties a SACE certificate is something that is required, something which I MUST have.... my school has been asking me ( some friends might I add) continuously for our SACE certificates.... SACE is simply a no show.... no answers on emails, no answers on phone calls....we keep.paying registration fees EACH and every time... how hard can it be to accept a fee and then simply send me my certificate via email.... just HOW difficult???
