Sace application

I wanted to extend the sace, submitted all the documents even extras they asked.

Requirements Provisional Registration: Updates Old SACE letter Fee of R50 Certified copy of ID Letter of employment from a prospective/current employer in a school applicable to all 1st - 3rd year students studying towards a teaching qualification AND those with only academic qualifications. The letter should be an original, on the school letter head, with an original signature and a school stamp (a contract will not be accepted). NO FAXED OR EMAILED DOCUMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Those without teaching qualifications a Letter of recommendation from a prospective employer or current (at a school) stating the grades and learning areas. Passport and valid proof of legal entry into South Africa for non-SA citizens and a letter of employment from a school in South Africa. Valid police clearance certificate (Not older than six months old) No INTERNET, FAXED OR EMAILED DOCUMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

I have submitted all the documents mentioned above. I have paid #6 says legal entry to South Africa doesnt say visa but Durban SACE insisted on extending visa while VFS insisted on SACE. We app**** visa and got it extended (its 10 years in SA now). Now Durban Sace says since we just got a new visa, which is not new its an extension, we have to wait some time???? Durban Sace is not processing our file not rejecting not returning the file??? Please advice
