SACE a money making ****!!!

The employees at the South African Cou cil for Educators, are so incompetant. I have sent them all my documents, as per the list of certified documents they have asked of me 4 times already, i have paid for police clearance, paid the registration fees, but they keep coming back to me asking for more money. Proof of more payments, proper certified documents. Which means according to SACE, SAPS is not doing their jobs properly. They find fault with my certificates i received from the institutions i studied at. I am at my wits end, I do not know what to do anymore. Is There anyone that can help me get my SACE registration done please.
