Rude Stuff Members

I am dissatisfied with the service I received at SACE on 19 May 2025. Specifically, I sat and waited for over two hours, this is after I've explained my problem to Errol. I was not able to access the online portal as I do not have access to the details that was registered. He promised to help me. He returned one hour before they could close and told me he is not able to assist, I politely asked him if he could capture my details as his done so for the lady infront of me but he declined.I tried to resolve the issue at the time, but the assistant manager tried to gaslight and did not once apologies for the poor service. The only person that cared to listen to me was the security guard at the door, Henry. Ive left and written complain and he assured me that he'll submit it to the HOD.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and take appropriate steps to ensure better service in the future. I would appreciate a response regarding how you intend to address this matter.
